Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items may only be returned after they have been physically delivered to the customer.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes any international shipping fees, customs charges, or handling costs where applicable.

  • All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging still attached.

  • Customers are welcome to try on items carefully, however products must not show any signs of wear or use.

  • Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes or variations with the purpose of partial returns may not be accepted under our return policy.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  • Reason for return


Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive the appropriate return address and further instructions from our customer support team.


Step 3 — Ship Your Return

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

For security and tracking purposes, we strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes Track & Trace information.

Kingsley & Vale cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit without valid tracking confirmation.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.


Order Responsibility

Kingsley & Vale is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • Orders delayed due to incorrectly entered shipping information.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are entered correctly before completing their purchase.

If an address correction is required, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
